Gafisa SA, Brazil’s second-biggest homebuilder by revenue, is trading at the lowest level relative to earnings in 14 months after the shares slid 24 percent this year. Guilherme Reboucas, a money manager at Itau Unibanco Holding SA, said the stock is too cheap to pass up.
